According to officials, Deleza Fregoso was last seen on May 24, 2026, at approximately 4:00 a.m. in Los Angeles. Authorities allege that she was taken by Ruben Fregoso, who is believed to be traveling in a white 2019 Land Rover Discovery with California license plate number 9DAW715.
Investigators described Ruben Fregoso as a 40-year-old man standing approximately 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighing around 200 pounds. He reportedly has black hair and brown eyes. Clothing details were not immediately available at the time the alert was issued.
Deleza Fregoso is described as 4 years old, approximately 3 feet tall, and weighing around 45 pounds. She reportedly has black hair and brown eyes. Authorities have not publicly released information regarding the clothing she was wearing when she disappeared.
